How to organize a Bike Route<\/h2>\n

How to organize a bike route depends in different elements, but, in general, importat conditions to keep in mind are lenght, difficulty or the route itself, the land and the season on when it is going to take place.<\/p>\n

Threrefore, it seems that every possible information about the route is recommended, so we can guess if this route fits our own circumstances.<\/p>\n

Along Spanish countryside, not to mention other countries, there are a lot of paths and routes perfectly conditiioned to enjoy riding a bike.<\/p>\n

No matter a bike or an electric bike, we are talking about doing some sport, and of course, it is important to keep hydrated<\/strong> in every moment. So, we must not forget to bring some water or other non alcoholic drinks with us in order not to have problems during the route. Knowing points along the route to refill the water it can be also usefull, over all if the route goes along the countriside far from villages.<\/p>\n

If the route is long we should also bring some food<\/strong> in order to recover ourselves from the effort. Energetic food, nuts or fruits as bananas could be good friends.<\/p>\n

Other important point are clothes<\/strong>. If there’s any possibility of rain or storms, we should carry a waterproof jacket. This simple thing can help us a lot in times of trouble.<\/p>\n

Our cyclist pants must be high quality and so must be the chair in our bike\u00a0so we are perfectly comfortable during the route. That is extremely important in two or more days routes.<\/p>\n

If the season choosen is Summer it is a must to protect our skin from sunburns, a good sunscreen<\/strong> is essential, but it is also convenient to cover our head if we are going to stay long hours under the sun. In general, wearing a helmet is never a bad idea.<\/p>\n

It is advisable to put in our luggage some torch<\/strong>\u00a0or any other extra item for the lights on the bike, as there are a lot of routes withe tunnels on them, which are, sometimes, not enough iluminated.<\/p>\n

If the route is going to take a few days, we must carry some luggage in rear bags<\/strong>, remember that “less is more” and it’s better to take some time to think what to put in the luggage than carry too many things that will mean extra weight and extra effort.<\/p>\n
