We already posted about some beaches in Costa Blanca, as Benidorm Beaches. Today we will like you to know some other beaches next to Benidorm which you can reach by bike. Effortless and no parking problems.
Costa Blanca Beaches
Small beach on Finestrat:
The ground on this beach is made of fine sand. Also warm and crystal water just 3km from Benidorm. Less crowded than Benidorm’s Levante or Poniente beaches, there you could enjoy the perfect beach day. Plus there are all the services available and a huge range of bars, restaurants and hotels all around.
How to get there by bike?
You can take advantage of the bike path available from Benidorm city centre to Poniente Beach and follow it until La Vila Joioisa Avenue. A few metres ahead you can turn left and reach the beach parking to leave your bike until return.
El Albir Beach:
One of the most quiet beaches around, it’s a super nice beach, and the promenade is simply special. The ground there is made of small rocks, so we hardly recommend you to bring some suitable shoes with you. All amenities are available there, a kids leisure zone, a beach library, restrooms. An awesome beach not only to have a refreshing bath in Summer but also to walk in Winter.
Also, before getting there you can reach the Albir Lighthouse, located in the Natural Park of Sierra Helada, you can follow the whole route by e-bike effortless.
How to get there by bike?
In Dr. Severo Ochoa avenue (next to Benidorm Palace) a bike path beggins. You can follow it till the roundabout on Albir Road. There you can follow the road named CV753 on the Albir direction. There is still no bike path there, but there is a project to do it. Anyway, you can ride your bike there as there are a lot of cycle riders all along the way. Once in Albir go along the El Albir Street by turning right and you will easilly reach the beach. At the beggining there is a bike path to go to Althea all along the promenade.
